Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain process and reframe painful memories, reducing their emotional impact. It's a structured, compassionate approach that supports lasting change and emotional relief.
